Roberto Pesiri collects and processes exclusively common personal data pursuant to Art. 4 no. 1) of the GDPR, such as, by way of example:

  • email address
  • phone number
  • additional identifying data potentially provided by the user within the message

Data is provided voluntarily by the user through one or more contact features available on the website.

  1. Purposes of processing and legal basis

Personal data is processed exclusively for the following purpose:

  • management and fulfillment of contact and/or information requests submitted by the user through the site.

The legal basis for the processing is identified in Art. 6, par. 1, letter b) of the GDPR (execution of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject).

Failure to provide data may make it impossible to follow up on the request.

  1. Retention period

Personal data is stored for the time strictly necessary to process the request and no longer than 12 months from its complete management, unless further retention is required by law or for the protection of the Controller's rights in court.

  1. Data recipients

Personal data may be processed by:

  • subjects authorized by the Controller;
  • consultants or technical service providers strictly related to the management of the website.

The data is not subject to disclosure (dissemination).

  1. Data transfer

Data is stored in archives located within the European Economic Area (EEA).
No transfer to countries outside the EU is planned.

  1. Rights of the data subject

The data subject may exercise the rights provided for in Articles 15–22 of the GDPR, including:

  • access
  • rectification
  • erasure (right to be forgotten)
  • restriction
  • objection
  • data portability
  • lodging a complaint with the Data Protection Authority

Requests will be processed within the statutory timeframes.

The webmaster and technical providers operate exclusively for technical purposes and do not assume any decision-making role or responsibility in the processing of personal data.
